Overall staff was nice but the pictures on Expedia were not what we got when we arrived at our room! We did complain to Radisson Blu but were told since we booked through Expedia, there was nothing they could do! Staff would clean the room and not change the sheets! How would we know? Because my son spilled juice on the sheets and when we came back, the room was clean and the same juice-stained sheets were still on the bed! Of course, I called and someone came back and remade the bed! It was just an okay experience, I guess. I wouldn't stay there again with the room I was given!

Utensils in the room at the time of check-in were dirty, internet didn't work even with the access code I was given, no breakfast for over $500 I paid for two nights, restaurants are overpriced. Nothing to write home about. There is better service elsewhere.

I have stayed here many times, but I felt the standard had dropped a bit. The food was not as nice, limited choice, not as welcoming as I have found it in previous visits, and the facilities and rooms are starting to feel tired.
