Our shower door didn’t close properly and water was leaking on the floor every time we showered. I believe it is an easy fix, which we didn’t report during the stay.

New, clean, and comfortable hotel in the heart of Alfama. The location is perfect for those who want to stay in the old part of Lisbon. Excellent breakfast with a variety of fruits. Very cordial staff. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back

The bathroom in the room needs attention, as, unlike the rest of the hotel, it shows signs of mold or dirt in the corners of the shower box.

Pleasant staff. Bruna was great. She makes a mean rum and coke. Gluten-free buns and cookies at breakfast were excellent. Bun is made by request so less chance of cross-contamination.

Room was a little too cozy for my liking but not much you can do about that.
