There were pleasant surprises: We arrived 10am and yet our room was thankfully available. Coffee & popcorn throughout the day were free. It rained on our last day and umbrellas were easy to borrow. The staff were young & friendly.

Very comfortable and clean, especially unbeatable location! It's very close to everywhere, after shopping in Myeongdong, you can go back to the hotel to drop off your things before heading out again, highly recommended!!
