Good location, quiet, almost everything within walking distance. Easy to get a Grab to pick you up. There is a laundry service for 80 baht/kilo. Drop off before 6pm, pick up 24 hours later. Neatly folded and ironed. Choose breakfast from 1 hot dish per person. This needs to be done the evening/day before. There is also toast, butter, jam, and cornflakes available, as well as juice and milk. Clean pool with towels available. In the room, there was a mini-fridge, and you could make coffee or tea. Soap, shampoo, and cotton swabs provided.

The beds were hard, but we knew that beforehand so no surprises.
Location is close to the old town, walkable distance, on a side street so quiet at night. Room was spacious.

Wallpaper was peeling off in the room. Room generally needs renovation. The fountains in front of the rooms are noisy during the day but turned off at night. Breakfast starts at 7.30 am, which was too late for me to catch the flight. Reception is staffed from 7 am to 10 pm, otherwise only emergency calls.

The pool needs a water treatment, the hotel is relatively old, breakfast and towels are old and a bit worn out. On the other hand... the price is cheap so...
