Reception by the staff and forced payment for a night we did not spend with them. A service paid for but not provided is called theft.

The number one asset of this hotel is its amazing staff. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast staff is especially exceptional. When we had a problem with breakfast vouchers (caused by Booking.com, not the hotel) our server helped us personally. All of the morning wait staff are just brilliant and the breakfast was delicious, better than any hotel breakfast I've ever had. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Overall this hotel is very comfortable, well-located and reasonably priced. I would recommend for a family stay in Montreal 100%. The hospitality shown by staff was great.

Rooms could have been serviced a bit earlier in the day as a few times we had to wait in the lobby after coming back from sightseeing as room was not ready yet.
The structure is new and the rooms are spacious and clean. There is a nice gym and also the pool with the small outdoor sunbathing area is clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for walking around the city.
