The room and beds were very comfortable with a nice view of the city. The location was perfect for seeing a show at the Bell Center and lots of good places to eat nearby. We also liked that the parking lot was attached to the hotel. Our child left a beloved toy behind at the hotel, and when we messaged housekeeping, they could not have been kinder and more helpful! They very graciously mailed it back to us.

The person who checked us in was not welcoming at all - had a scowl on her face and barely said two words to us.
