Das Hotel mitten in der Altstadt war super. Auch das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer Größe war in Ordnung und die Damen vom Housekeeping gründlich. Die Roofbar abends um noch ein Getränk zu nehmen war nach dem Trubel entspannend.

Das Frühstück klein gehalten und mit dem Nachlegen war nicht der Fall. Störend fand ich das das Personal viel am Handy waren. Was mich aber am meisten geärgert hat das man 5 Prozent Gebühr für Kartenzahlung zahlen muss. Aussage das wäre üblich. Nun bin ich 10 Tage in Vietnam 🇻🇳 verschiedene Hotels und keiner hat diese Gebühr verlangt. Bei 240,00 Euro sind es 12,00 Euro und das ist nicht korrekt. Darum werde ich das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Kleine dingen, douche deur ging niet helemaal dicht, bed rand was wat breed en ging je dus makkelijk tegen aan lopen
