I noticed a significant decrease in the hotel's level, as I have stayed there more than once before, the last time being about two years ago, but this time I was shocked. The cleanliness level is low, the furniture is old, the breakfast is not varied and not tasty, the service is extremely slow, and the smells in general are not good. Despite its 4-star rating, the room lacks many things, including an iron and a room slipper, which may be available upon request, but why should I have to ask for them? They should be available in the rooms. Also, the water drainage in the shower was bad, like a swimming pool!!!
