It is not a 5-star hotel, noisy dehumidifier as well as the air conditioning, furniture is not very functional and it does not have the services and quality of a 5-star hotel.
This hotel completely exceeded my expectations, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Always making sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. Loved the location, so easy to get around, and the pool was also a very relaxing place despite the hotel being in the heart of HCMC! Highly recommend staying here.
