Modern building, nice, quiet and elegant location with a supermarket nearby and easy parking. Very kind owner, acted as an intermediary for car rental and lent us trekking poles. The apartment is very large with a garden, sea view, and city view. Very spacious living room as well as the bedroom and bathroom. The curtains are blackout, something not to be taken for granted in Madeira

All good! Just remember that the city center is a bit far on foot but buses are convenient and Bolt is inexpensive. If you have a car, know that finding parking near the sea, in Funchal as in all of Madeira, is not always an easy task

Very clean, accommodation 10 minutes by car from the center of Funchal and Camara dos Lobos. Bakery, supermarket, laundry, fast food, etc. nearby. Responsive, welcoming host. Very appreciable sea view and sunrise, calm.

Excellent reception by Paulo. Very clean thanks to the friendly cleaning staff, modern cozy furnishings. The balcony with a great view of Funchal and the sea. Central location, you can get anywhere in a few minutes. Small fridge, toaster, kettle, plates, forks, large and small spoons, wine glasses.

The apartment is truly beautiful, large, stylishly furnished, and complete with everything you need. Paulo was a fantastic host, organized, always available when needed, and ready to provide valuable advice, as well as willing to solve any problems. The house is in an area with all services, from a supermarket open until late reachable in 5 minutes on foot, pharmacy, bakery, gas station, in a quiet neighborhood in the upper outskirts of Funchal. By car, you can reach everything, and every part of the island within a maximum of half an hour. Towels were changed every two days over 8 days and we had a change of sheets. Everything was perfect!
