We had a hiccup upon checking in at the room but the team assisted us immediately and really tried their best to solve the matter. In the end, we had to switch rooms which helped us enjoyed our stay. A mini fridge in the room would have been a nice touch (not all units have fridge).

The room overlooks the main street which is extremely noisy, the windows are single glazed, giving the impression that the windows are open. There seems to be a beautiful rooftop terrace but unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it because there was a private event, the price was excessively high for not having access to the rooftop terrace.
The climate in which the hotel is maintained is unique and amazing. The decor, atmospheric lighting, and beautiful lobby. The staff is very helpful and open.

I think the location is unfortunately in a sketchy area of downtown Los Angeles, which is no fault of the hotel.
