I got a room without a kettle so you couldn't drink tea or coffee, the bed was uncomfortable. After 6 days, I had to change to a much better room upstairs, with the possibility to make coffee or tea. There were also several noisy nights, shouting at the hotel from some guests so you couldn't sleep!

Receptionist was very lovely! Recommended us a great free walking tour and was very welcoming. The location of the hotel was perfect too! So close to sights and restaurants etc. Rooms were very clean and comfortable
