The duvets were poor, like having a down duvet not properly dried and lying under a bag of balls.
Staff was always available to help. Abundant breakfast. Very clean rooms. We loved the shower quality and bathroom quality. Many dining facilities nearby.

The coffee and juices, I tried several and didn't like any.
The staff is very responsive. Amazing breakfast. No parking space available but a parking lot 5 minutes away where we stayed for 2 nights and days, and instead of paying for 2 days, I claimed a forgotten ticket and only paid 20€ 🤩

The bedding in our first room was catastrophic but we were moved to another room for the second night. However, a known issue and I don't understand why others have to complain to get things moving because it ruined our first night and at the price it costs... it's detrimental
