The sofa sleeper was broken and we did not get the rooms I booked 6 months prior to our trip!!
I loved the staff they were so sweet and the valet service made my life so much easier and it was a lot cheaper than parking in the public parking.

The sofa sleepers definitely need to be replaced in some rooms. I sat down on the pullout and went straight to the floor. The bed was completely broke!!!

Business center moved and computer never worked. Had one day of wakeup call next two days didn't get. Then was told system doesn't work. Water PRESSURE sucked!
