I have been trying to get in touch with you because due to Covid-19 you canceled the event in Cartagena and I had to return early. I have tried to write to you but I receive no response.

Nuestra habitación era espaciosa y limpia. El personal era muy servicial y hospitalario. Mi única queja es que al hotel le falta personal en recepción. Hicimos el check-in con la ama de llaves porque no había nadie trabajando en recepción. El hotel no tiene personal disponible hasta tarde en la noche. Sería útil tener personal en recepción las 24 horas para atender a todos los huéspedes. Varias veces salíamos y encontrábamos a personas afuera esperando a que alguien abriera la puerta. Esto no es una buena práctica comercial.

The location is unbeatable, right in the center of the Getsemani neighborhood. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. One area they need to improve is the cleanliness of the rooms; when we arrived, there was trash in one of the drawers and an open soap in the shower.

The hotel is small and cozy, located in the most beautiful and bohemian neighborhood of the city. The location is excellent and the attention of the staff is undoubtedly amazing.

Muy limpio con un patio en la azotea impresionante. Sobre todo, el personal fue increíble y servicial, extremadamente útil para coordinar la siguiente etapa de nuestro viaje.
