The mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable, the mattress protector felt like cardboard on the mattress without elastic that bothered to sleep, it is far from being a 4-star hotel. Very little light in the rooms, in the corridors and even in the restaurant, very unpleasant especially in the morning at breakfast. I can say that breakfast was very normal. The room service was not up to par as I had to ask to refill the shower gel...
