The staff is very welcoming and caring. From the receptionists to the security guards, the housekeepers, the lifeguards, and a special mention to our amazing Sidi Be and Nouhayla entertainers whom we found again this year and who are just incredible. My children cried when saying goodbye to them because they are so endearing and caring towards the guests for the second year in a row. The new Imi, Azize, Latifa, and Charlotte that we discovered were equally excellent. We really fell in love with this hotel, everything was perfect: cleanliness, comfort, welcome, atmosphere, and entertainment. We will come back every year with great pleasure.
