I was placed in a smaller room because of an 'overbooking' but from the comments I heard at the reception, it seemed like a normal procedure

The toilet was very small
The location is excellent! Just around the corner and you are in the city center close to the metro, restaurants, shops and everything you might need. The coffee at the lobby was amazing, one of the best we had in Spain overall! The rooms are cleaned daily which is a nice touch.

The rooms are quite small. There weren’t many photos of the bathroom and toilet and once we arrived we found out that they are basically in the room just in front of the bed with huge glass/mirror doors and walls. The doors of them also did not close entirely so the privacy in the room is basically non existent. Better be with a partner rather than a friend or family member as it might get quite uncomfortable and the other people should leave the room each time anyone needs a shower or using the toilet. Additionally the walls must be very thin as during the last night of the stay we could hear snoring from the other room next to us. That was quite inconvenient too.
