Actually, almost everything was fine. What wasn't fine: that seems to be quite a long list. I will mention them, but with the disclaimer that it is indeed a beautiful place and many things are fine and in order. The connection to the beautiful Södermalm district with a (free) ferry is just a few minutes' walk away. Shops, supermarket, and bakeries are also nearby. Tip for dining out: right next door is a fantastic (fusion) Thai restaurant.

So, the list: the balcony door is jammed (a shame with the triple glazing, as sooner or later it won't withstand the pressure of opening and closing); the cable to prevent the balcony door from swinging open falls out very easily; there is no view even on the ninth floor because of tall buildings around (but fortunately, there is a view from the balcony for general use); the reading lamps are fixed with plug-in lamps that can easily fall out or become loose, causing them not to work; the kitchen cabinets are of poor quality (the drawers close poorly and some doors jam or open poorly); the kitchen equipment is a bit sparse but sufficient; the large flush button of the toilet sometimes gets stuck, the TV connection on the wall looks unstable and unattractive (if the TV had been hung a bit more to the right, it would have been much better); the grille under the fridge is loose and crooked; the freezer door spontaneously falls out if you're not careful; on the balcony of our apartment, there was a lot of weed growing between the tiles, and finally, the decor is a bit bare and the (sofa) bed looks quite worn. Oh, it's a pity that there is no window that can be opened in the bedroom. With some repairs and higher quality cabinets, you could ask for more for an overnight stay, and the apartment would be absolutely top-notch. Despite this long list: Biz remains a recommendation!

You receive a pre-packed breakfast bag. Good content, but the buns are a bit small. It would have been good if you could choose something more, like the flavor of yogurt or juice. A water bottle could also be included. The surroundings are very beautiful, with walking paths along the water. Free ferry to the south within walking distance. Extremely comfortable beds!

I stayed for a few days and I enjoyed it. The property is clean and welcoming, the staff is friendly. The property is not located in the center of Stockholm but is easily accessible by public transport.

The image of the apartment on Booking did not reflect the service, the image showed a studio with a loft, kitchen and living area below, double bed in the loft. We stayed in a room with the kitchen next to the bed, a single armchair at the foot of the bed, and a small table in front of the door.

The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet area with shops and several restaurants nearby, the beds are comfortable, the shower is large, and the apartment is quite spacious. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The biggest issue is with the kitchen facilities: the pan is completely scratched, which can be dangerous for health, the stovetop takes over thirty minutes to heat up. We chose this accommodation to be able to cook in the evening, but we had to give up on this option. The shower floods the entire bathroom and the terrace seems to be locked. The lighting could be improved as there were not many light options and several switches were useless.
