Let me start with the positives. Good location, not in the city center noise. Excellent breakfast and satisfactory cleanliness.

On the negative side, we were three friends and asked for three beds, but unfortunately the third sofa was very uncomfortable, for the suite we had booked. They had told us before we went that they had arranged for a third bed. Their pillows were terrible, we asked for fuller ones... because the ones they had were like they didn't have any. The bathroom did not have the essentials for a simple hotel, not for the suite we had booked. For example, there was no fabric softener, body lotion or body lotion... Finally, to open and close the air conditioning, we had to talk to the reception... awkward and unprofessional, I would say...
Large spacious room. Nice treat in the form of fresh fruits and chocolate ❤️ We will definitely use it again during our next longer stay in Krakow. Another big plus is the checkout time until 12 o'clock. We recommend it!
