Hello! I stayed at this hotel for four days in August 2026, and first of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to a receptionist named Dovile. She was extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. Dovile took my request into consideration and gave me a room on the eighth floor with a beautiful view of the London skyline and a church. The view from the window was truly magnificent! She also explained in detail where the nearby shops were, how to use public transport, and how to reach all the tourist attractions I wanted to visit. In addition, Dovile helped me print some documents that I urgently needed in paper form. She is a true professional and has all the qualities required to work at a hotel reception. Many thanks to her for her attention, kindness, and assistance! As a frequent traveller, I would also like to highlight the quality of the hotel itself. The shower maintained a stable water temperature and consistent pressure, which, unfortunately, is quite rare in such large hotels. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The bed linen was clean, and the towels were fresh and not worn out. The mattress was medium-firm—neither too soft nor too hard—and was very comfortable to sleep on. I believe it would suit most guests. Overall, this is a very good and comfortable hotel. As a traveller who has stayed in hotels in almost every European capital, I confidently give this hotel a rating of 9 out of 10! Excellent location!

There was a lot wrong during this stay which wasn’t our experience before. The aircon didn’t work in our room and the toilet didn’t flush at first. We were then moved to a different room but there the only way to turn the light on in the bathroom was to turn all the lights on. The staff tried to help but given we’d been travelling all day it was really stressful and the compensation was a bit half-hearted. We were told someone would be in touch about a voucher or something but that didn’t happen.
