Comfortable bed, complete essential equipment, importantly, very close to the night market, making it convenient to find delicious food every meal. In the bathroom, besides the sink, there is also a dishwashing basin, which I really like. The accommodation owner provides excellent service and advice, and I feel that the air conditioning is a bit slow and there are minor issues with opening and closing the room door.

Excellent location at the northern side of the old city, everything walkable, lovely every evening food market stalls just next to the hotel, as well as a morning market for early risers. The family is always helpful, cozy room and pretty bathroom at such a price, with fridge, kettle, good AC. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nothing. The very helpful owner's 25-year-old son Rapipat is also very cheerful and tells me he is 44! :D Better to also have black coffee sachet/packet (not just latte) in the room, but this is minor and can get it at 7-11 next door.

We had a wonderful stay at A Little Guest House in Chiang Mai! The owner and his family were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They gave us great information and helped us with everything we needed. They even kept our backpacks for us while we returned to Chiang Mai two days later, which we really appreciated. Such a lovely and friendly place. We highly recommend it, and if we ever come back to Chiang Mai, we would definitely stay here again! ⭐️
