Lovely stay in a perfect location. A lovely little hotel with a very friendly and helpful receptionist. The room is not large, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage. The refrigerator is located downstairs in the kitchen. The location is simply perfect — very convenient for exploring the city and getting around. Overall, a pleasant and cozy place to stay.

The staff were lovely and if you want to be in the old part then it’s great but next time I would definitely stay on the other side of the river.

The room was not the room that we booked and that was in the pictures. We booked a superior double. This was definitely not that. We had building works going on outside and a view of rubble.

The room we got was not clean, several stains everywhere, including on the sofa which feels incredibly unfresh. The room was also worn, with holes in the bed linen and a cracked sink.
