The shower in the bathroom was broken, the closet did not have a lock, it was very crowded and the number of beds in the room was more than the capacity, the mattress was not comfortable at all, the tea, coffee and facilities for use during the day were not enough, the access to the city center and the bus station was not good, it was difficult to carry the luggage to the floors, it does not have the capacity for this number of passengers, you have to wait to use the bathroom and toilet😟

Liked the breakfast, peaceful place, slept well. Good location. Despite the large flow of guests in the hostel, it is calm enough. Price and quality ratio. Bedding and towels are clean, laundry is constant.

Put screens on the windows, many mosquitoes. Pillows need to be replaced a long time ago. The landlady needs to be friendlier to all guests, not selectively depending on the country of origin.
