The room was nice and clean. You do have to fully make your own bed though but I suppose that means you can check in earlier because youre not waiting for someone to make your bed. The beds have good curtains, a light and charger by the bed. The common area is very nice with free fruit and a good kitchen. Each apartment where there are rooms has their own kitchenette. Everything was very clean. 24hr reception for checking out and any issues. It's situated in a nice part of town but a good 40mns to the old town

So, all the lockers use a code they write on your key. However, they are all set to being open, so when I arrived, i can see the passwords for all 3 lockers in the room where people would be checking in later....not very safe. Also, I emptied my locker before bed because I was leaving in the middle of the night. I put my small important bag on my bed with me. I woke up at 2am, went to open the locker to make sure it was empty. I could see a strap hanging out so i tried to open it. I couldn't, so got the male staff to help me from upstairs. He opens it no problem. Problem: another girl had her bags there. Im looking at my key, its the locker, the code, its where my bags were before. The guy says is that your stuff. Of course its not! I leave, without the stuff of course. He says its impossible whilst watching me leave the bags as they're not mine and looking at my key. So I'd love to know how someone else got given the code and the same locker as me but obviously I was in the bed connected to my locker.... not very safe for my belongings honestly if they'd been in there. Someone checking in when im asleep with access to my locker. Anyway, in general all the staff I dealt with were a bit miserable. Unfriendly, not smiling. Not the best impression. The reception is also on L3 so they let you drag your big bag up there then they take you down 2 floors to your room lol

This hostel is the best I have stayed at. It was clean. The staff and guests were very friendly. It was excellent value for money. This hostel is in a great location.

Perhaps the rooms could be better ventilated.
