I specifically booked a twin room not double with bathroom as my friend and I have no desire to share a bed. This was the most expensive hotel of our holiday and when we arrived discovered a small double bed. I went back to reception and was told well that's all they had as fully booked, but the room was not what I had booked. We were then given a triple room but with a shared bathroom, and whilst the facilities were clean and fine it is not what I had paid for or wanted and spoilt the first day of our trip. It would have been more appropriate to message to explain ahead of time so that we had a choice to cancel, I had messaged with approximate check in time so there was every opportunity to explain the situation. I feel that this is poor and yet no-one cared at the time and at 10pm and having already paid we had no choice but to stay.

I didn’t realize at booking that the triple room did not have a private bathroom, my mistake.

Once we figured out the walking from the train station it was great! Be advised Google maps does not work well in Europe due to the nature of the streets The hotel was a short walk from the Wiedekon station which we got right from the airport
