I arrived much earlier than the official check-in time (2:00 PM) at the lodge. I was greeted very kindly immediately, and I could spend the waiting time until my room was ready very pleasantly at the pool and bar. By 11:30 AM, I was already able to enter my room. The kitchen and service were excellent, and all staff were very friendly and service-oriented. I was only here for one night to bridge the time between the end of a group trip and my individually booked return flight.

I booked this because I was led to believe it was at the Airport. Wrong!! It’s a 30 dollar ride to Victoria Falls. Lodge ok tho and staff lovely. They just need to make location clearer 😃

The staff, except for the receptionist, is extraordinarily friendly, kind, and helpful. Unfortunately, the room's door is not completely sealed, so spiders and small insects can get in. I find the price too high. Unfortunately, not all bank cards work. The prices for additional services are about as expensive as in Switzerland. The best thing about the accommodation was the lovely staff.
