Multiple guests explicitly note the hotel is very clean (e.g., 'very clean', 'πεντακάθαρο'). Overall strong cleanliness impressions.
Service generally praised (friendly, very helpful, excellent staff, good reception and waiters) but there are several reports of unhelpful staff, aggressive upselling and at least one complaint about perceived prioritisation of guests.
Consistently highlighted as excellent — walking distance to the falls, central location near shops/restaurants and scenic grounds with wildlife sightings.
Rooms described as comfortable, spacious bungalows and nicely decorated; good beds. Some rooms lack a fridge, which was noted as a drawback.
Good gardens, pool and wildlife viewing areas praised, but issues noted: no in-room fridge in some rooms, suggestion for TVs, occasional shortage of sunbeds, and helicopter noise affecting ambience.
Several guests call it excellent value and recommend it; others point out expensive activities/food which reduce perceived value in some cases.
Mixed feedback: some guests praise the breakfast and food as very good, while others find breakfast/menu limited or bland and ask for more variety.
Majority of reviews describe a wonderful or amazing stay, praising grounds, location and staff despite some negatives (noise, upselling, occasional service issues).
The location was great, walking distance to Vic falls and plenty of restaurants and local markets. Rooms were spacious and beds were extremely comfortable.

Booked a double bed but when arrived, it was twin beds. Had to request twice before this was resolved.
Nice accommodation walking distance from Victoria Falls national park, shops and restaurants. Most activities can also conveniently be booked via the accommodation

As our room was quite far away, the wifi wasn't that strong in the room itself, but good everywhere else on the property
Fairly good structure with a nice pool and very nice rooms.

Staff not up to par. Many people but low level. They had made me pay a lower bill, then they came back to make me pay the rest - so far so good. But a. it was their fault and b. paid more but I also had dinner included without indicating that the menu would be greatly reduced. My partner was allergic and they treated us - even though we paid much more - as unwanted guests.
