The room was spacious, the facility was large, and there are many restaurants, bars, and leisure activities. The two outdoor pools were also nice.

I had food poisoning after the 3rd day.

When we checked out of the hotel I left my gold necklace on the bedside table. (It was personalised with my daughter’s name, so special to me) We called the hotel to check they had it and after them checking with the cleaner they said there was no necklace found. Then proceeded to say the cleaner had been with them a while so they know she isn’t lying. I 100% left my necklace at the hotel, my own fault. I left it on the bedside table, made a mental note to put it back on after my shower and completely forgot! Lesson learned on my end. Such a shame because aside from that it wasn’t a terrible hotel. A little basic and not much to do but based on what’s happened and dishonesty I would not recommend this hotel. Or if you do stay put your belongings on the safe!
