The parking. You can imagine if it were raining or snowing and had to walk.

Dirty and shabby hotel both in the rooms and in the common areas. Carpet full of stains and room full of dust. In the room there was a motor with a constant buzz that prevented sleeping (we were told it was for recycling the air conditioning water, but it remained on even with the air conditioner off). We asked to change rooms, but we were told that the same motor was present in all rooms and that it was not unbearable anyway.... Limited breakfast to 5 choices on the menu, but for 2 days there was no milk and yogurt available! Presented as a 4-star hotel, but the quality is that of a 2-star guesthouse. Terrible
