Room and toilet are so clean every day! I stated here for almost a week. Really comfy and relaxed. Also, the staff Chacha and Gate are so friendly and cuteeee :) I’d recommend green sleeping for sure! And I will come back soooooon lol

Very friendly and helpful staff. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable; the shower had good pressure and hot water. There's also an on-site self-serve washer and dryer, which can be very helpful for long-term travelers. And the location could not be any better! I've stayed here twice already and would highly recommend it to any one passing through Chiang Mai!

There's no smoking on or even outside the property, and many signs on the street where the property is located have no-smoking signs. It can be a bit inconvenient if you're a smoker.
