Sao Paulo was very cold and the room was very chilly. There was no heating and the bedding was not suitable for the weather that dropped 10 degrees at night. Upon our request, we were offered a blanket inside an open bag and I don't know if it was used... we didn't use the blanket and felt cold during the night. Additionally, the bathroom around the sink was not clean. There were toothpaste stains on the wall.

Noise from airplanes, guests constantly slamming doors and you wake up to that, no hot air, no gym

The ibis room has a problem with the division between rooms being made of MDF, so you can hear everything from the neighboring room. A way to save money but it does not bring comfort to the guest. This is terrible.

You pay for parking, breakfast if you want to have it... if you look around, you can find a conventional hotel for the same price and more comfort, less noise, and movement. The cost-benefit is poor for this reason.
