Staff not very friendly and walked away and never came back to help me. So I sent a message and got a response after we checked out

Room with dirty walls, dingy doors, no outlet next to the bed, no minibar, no face towel, nowhere to place the suitcase inside the room, only a tiny table in the room, disposable cup to take to the room, if you need cutlery in the room, they are disposable and cost R$ 3.00.
