Appalling! Upon arriving at the hostel, I approached the staff to check-in, they took a 100 baht deposit from me, gave me a key, and sent me to the 2nd floor. I found the sleeping area after 5 minutes, as there were no signs, indications, etc., just a white door. I decided to take a shower, only to find out there were no towels and no locker for my backpack. So, I had to take my backpack with valuable items with me, at least I had my own towel. After taking a shower, I went to sleep, but firstly there was a terrible noise in the room, as there was a bar downstairs. Secondly, I decided to shine a flashlight on the bed because it was dark and the light was off. And then I saw a sheet with yellow stains, dirt, and hair, with bloodstains. I decided to check the mattress for bedbugs, of course, I found them after removing the sheet. I couldn't stay there, immediately checked out, telling the staff who were drinking beer about the BEDBUGS!!! But they reacted as if it was normal. Can you tell me if it is possible to get a refund? Because I had to immediately rebook another homestay, it can be seen in the booking history.

The location is good, close to restaurants, shops, and in the center of Phuket town, however, it suffers from bedbug problems, so it is not possible to recommend this place. The staff was not helpful on the phone and hung up on another colleague who also had bedbug problems and had to sleep in the common area.

The beds are good and separable by a curtain, each bed has power and a lamp (unfortunately mine didn't work). The rooms are quite full of beds, but if you only sleep there, it's absolutely fine. The air conditioning works well, the lady at the reception was very nice, and in the morning there is free coffee, toast, and bananas. The location is quite good, within a few minutes you can find some nice restaurants and bars, and there is also a farmer's market nearby.

I had gone to the market and picked up 1 mango and 1 dragon fruit. The daytime shift lady told me I could put them in the fridge if I wanted. I gave them to the night-shift girl to hold for me until the morning so I could have them for breakfast. In the morning, I asked to have them back, and they didn't remember I had given those fruits to them. I was disappointed because I was looking forward to eating them before leaving for Phi Phi. I also booked the van+ferry to Phi Phi through them. The driver arrived to pick me up late and ended up taking me to a different pier where the ferry departs later than normal. It delayed my trip by 1.5 hours.
