The spa facilities weren’t working which meant we had to use the other block's spa and not all of their facilities were working either

The apartment was not very clean. We found an open can of coke and the kitchen had some stains which should have been removed.

We used 2 rooms with the family, but they were separated on the 12th and 3rd floors, and felt inconvenience as we couldn't use the elevator without a card to go back and forth.

Stayed here a few times before so love the apartments and the location. Always have good amenities and the staff are very helpful.

Nothing, we only stayed 1 night this time so I did think it was a little pricey but it was also a Saturday night. There are cheaper options in Manchester, however I didn’t want to risk getting something of a lower standard.
