I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Suddenly they asked me to change to another motel, saying 'it's a motel'. Oh my god, I booked a hotel named 'The Charted Suits Hotel', not a motel.

The reservation stated that there are beds for five people, but there were only 2 towels. Otherwise, it was a pretty clean place.

The hotel is still new, so new that they don't have a banner with the hotel name, making it hard to find. Apart from that, the room is okay. There are no lifts, so we had to climb stairs, and the toilet flooring was uneven, causing water to collect in one part of the floor, which we had to sweep away all the time.

Very Very Bad Hotel. No lift, only very narrow stairs. Very very bad, small, and very dirty bathroom. Scary horror atmosphere... so many lizards and ants in the room. No room service. Please don’t stay here, even if it's free of cost. Very very very bad hotel in Langkawi. The only good thing is the location of the hotel.

This is a very average hotel. It is half-done, and I believe it will stay that way for some time. The owners do not know how to run or renovate a hotel. Overall, poor.

The place itself was very beautiful. But there was blood and hair on the bed sheet and floor, which was very gross. The breakfast was poor, with only bread and jam, no eggs, juice, or anything else. I expected more, especially when it was clearly stated that breakfast was included.
