3 elevators for a such a big hotel, waiting time was too long. One day we even waited like 20-25 for a elevator. There is a swimming pool but you need a cap to go in, of course no one carries a swim cap around so you can buy it there for 120 dollars, kind of expensive. Either remove the cap obligation or at least provide it for free.

1. There are no clothes hangers inside the shower room, toiletries can only be placed on the outside sink, very inconvenient. 2. The swimming pool is very small, with only one shower room for men and women, very inconvenient. 3. There are many foreign tourists in the hotel (Japanese, Korean, German, etc.). 4. The staff does not actively receive guests or guide parking.
