Pillows are too soft for me, never met any staff. However all information required was sent ahead of time

Received very quick responses to any questions and requests. Everything was done for our comfortable stay, which is very valuable. Check-in is very easy, with a code. Our apartment was ready early and we were allowed to check in earlier. Also allowed a one-hour later check-out. Highly recommend and will definitely return to these apartments again.
