Rooms with 2 beds are very small and tight, there is no space for suitcases. Bathroom is also tiny. We wanted to pay for breakfast but they just said it was full!! Didn't understand!

The services. A hotel with over 1000 rooms (14 floors) cannot offer a laundry service with just one washing machine for the whole hotel. In 5 nights of stay, it was impossible to find a free washing machine. It doesn't make sense to offer a service that cannot be used decently. The rooms are very very small (we had read that they are in Tokyo), almost difficult to walk if you have more than two large checked bags.
