No hot water and had to request to get your room cleaned
A stylish and small boutique hotel in the heart of Hongdae, the ultimate hotspot in Seoul. The central location near the metro and bus stops that take you to all corners of the city makes this the best choice for those who want to do a lot of sightseeing. Rooms are beautifully, contemporarily, creatively, and cozily decorated.

There is no wardrobe in the room, only an open rack and some hangers to hang clothes. On the other hand, a simple request can get you an ironing board and iron.
Clean room and comfortable bed. Functional bathroom with a shower box (hard to find in Korea). Good bathroom products. Very close to the metro stop. Reception staff is kind and friendly. The hotel's style and decor are very beautiful.

The possibility to choose only 2 options for breakfast (Korean or American). Although good, I would have preferred a buffet for more variety. A bit more friendliness from the breakfast room attendant wouldn't have hurt.
