The room was very cute! The towels were clean and had a sense of cleanliness compared to other Hotel Okura. All the staff members were very kind.

With Hotel 21, we had booked a hotel that looked very nice - in pictures. However, upon our arrival, we had to realize that the hotel was absolutely not nice. We had booked a Superior room with a double bed. Instead, we got a Standard room with two single beds. The room was equipped with a non-functional air conditioner (ideal for 32 degrees Celsius outside) and a sliding door outside, which always had a gap open, allowing various insects and bugs into the room. The loud street noise also came wonderfully through the open door. Additionally, there is a construction site right next to the hotel, and the room smelled unbearably. Unfortunately, the hotel staff was absolutely uncooperative and not interested in helping us or changing the situation. Due to the circumstances, we felt compelled to move directly to another hotel.

It was a quick stay in Sanur but the highlight was this little hotel, it has a nice cosy feeling in the middle of a hotel and an apartment. The staff is friendly and helpful, and although breakfast is not in the hotel (in front of the hotel), it is really nice and tasty. The area is not very good for activities and is not really close to the beach, so that's the only downside. In this hotel, you get the feeling of being on an island even though this part of Bali doesn't look much like an island. We love it!

This is my second time staying here. It is a bit away from the bustling area, but there is a cafe nearby, so it doesn't feel inconvenient.

Despite the low price, the facilities are good, and the room interior is cute! The room has good sunlight and is comfortable to stay in. The staff is kind.

Great little hotel, exactly as advertised. The location is okay - you need to take a (cheap) taxi to the beach and restaurants.
