This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel in Mexico City and once again the experience has been excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and comfortable. We want to especially thank Ivette, who took care of cleaning our room with great care and professionalism. We also want to highlight the attention at the reception and from all the restaurant staff, always friendly, attentive, and willing to help. The Mexican breakfast is spectacular, abundant, and authentic. We also recommend having dinner at the restaurant: they offer authentic Mexican cuisine, very good and at really reasonable prices. And a very special mention to Mr. Alberto, a true institution of the restaurant. It is hard to find people like him: kind, approachable, attentive, and always with a smile. Without a doubt, one of those people who make you remember a hotel not only for its facilities, but for how they made you feel. It has been our second stay and surely it will not be the last. We will be back very soon! Totally recommendable.
