I did check out earlier one day before my paid check out due to an emergency leave to Irbid but after that we cleared the issue and called back to re get our already paid room to recheck in but they said it was already removed from the system and you have to pay another booking for one night

The staying was amazing, the decoration was also perfectly well done, like I requested. A big thank you also to Malaak who did an amazing job and kept checking on us if everything was fine or if we needed something.
