Got bitten by mites all over my body. The staff's response was seen to deliberately ignore other guests.
Clean, simple hotel. Free breads for breakfast in the morning. Lawson convenience store opposite the road. 4 restaurants spotted on the walk from Shin Osaka station to the hotel. Free flow drink bar in common lounge. Large library of Japanese manga for reading - free.

Shin Osaka station is a massive complex, take the wrong exit and you are in for a long walk to the hotel.
The large communal bath had a hinoki cypress scent, which made me feel even more relaxed. Scents are a matter of personal preference, but a subtle one is nice. I won't be going to Osaka for a while, but when I do, I'll ask for your service again.
