Some construction work is ongoing making the elevator and outside noisy
The room and common areas were clean. Although the room was small in Japanese style, it was not a problem. An advantage was that in the lounge downstairs, you could heat and eat your own food, enjoy the snacks provided by the hotel, as well as hot and cold drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I would have hoped for more hanging space or shelf space for clothes in the room.
I really liked how close the hotel was to Dotonbori! I also really appreciated how accommodating the staff was. The lounge and free amenities were a HUGE plus! Would recommend for solo and group travelers. I also found the room to be clean!

The room was a bit small even though we did have 3 separate beds.
