The location is beautiful, elegant, clean, the staff is wonderful, cooperative, respectful, the food is beautiful, excellent, and the services are good.

There is no specific place for children to play, such as physical games and electronic games, and there is also no place for adult entertainment like a pool table or table tennis. Please provide a grocery store that offers necessities and consumables. Please review and adjust the rental prices as they need further consideration. Also, provide offers for customers on subscriptions and memberships.
Not providing a place for villa guests at the pool, while there are non-residents taking up the seats because they arrived before us only.

I did not like the service, trying to contact them about anything but they do not respond, the cleaning is poor, the pool is excellent but there are young children in the adult pool and the pool service is bad. The towels are dirty, unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service at all. In 2024, the service was excellent and now unfortunately it is bad.
