The pool could use a little more sun
Parking was convenient, our rooms were very comfortable and well equipped, the buffet breakfast selection was excellent and the staff were friendly. The location was easy to get to. The complimentary adult beverage after we checked in was a nice touch. Happy the ice machine was near our room. We enjoyed having an early coffee on Adirondack chairs.

The pool is small.
great location in the quiet end of Duval Street next to the Southernmost Point marker. The bar and Sandy's food truck were amazing. Breakfast was also very good.

Location right in the middle instead of just being there. On-site parking included. Very generous, very nice room with a large double bed. Good breakfast with plenty of choices.

At night, the emergency phone button kept going off, which we heard all the way to our room (No. 2), had to get up to turn it off. Regardless of the hotel! The algae and seagrass plague was very pronounced this summer 2026, questionable why the region is not able to clean it up. Swimming was thus not possible at 95% of the beaches.
A very pretty guest house, very tasteful decorations in a magnificent colonial architecture. Very kind and attentive staff. Free parking, very appreciated. Bikes available for rent on-site are a big plus. The complimentary drinks at the bar are a nice touch.

Our air conditioning was silent but the air conditioning of the neighboring room had its engine in front of our door which was not soundproof. Fortunately, we had earplugs because I don't know how we could have slept. Major downside of our room, too bad, because I have nothing to say about the rest.
