Not very cozy. We didn't go in the peak summer - so maybe that's why - but early September. The common area was always bare and empty. Fine if you have company, less so if you want to meet new people.

Great location, couldn't be closer to the train station.

Great location, couldn't be closer to the train station.

Upper bunk bed is like drawing a short straw. Getting up and down may result in injury - the ladder is covered in a material that's like sandpaper - better for grip, but I lost part of the skin in the process anyway. Rooms are code only, but the reception code does not always work - imagine my face at 5 am trying to pick up my food when the door wouldn't open, even though the code was correct.
