They apply an exchange rate that is not realistic. At the time of booking, it shows the market exchange rate (3.4 for example) and on-site, they charge 3.6. Booking states that there may be a last-minute exchange rate difference, but it does not say that the establishment can charge whatever they want in terms of exchange rate. They even asked me to cancel the booking to give me the booking price.
