Beautiful views, well appointed and large room. Service was great, breakfast was excellent and the spa and pool area were really good - wish we had taken more advantage of them. A quiet neighbourhood that is still close to all the action. We were going to stay in Flores but really glad we stayed here instead.

Minor ones - the room was pretty dark - some more lighting around the bathroom area would be valuable and there was no toilet paper holder.

We found the breakfast delicious and the staff at breakfast was also super friendly. We found some reception staff members, in particular a lady, very unfriendly. You really have a beautiful view and a lovely pool and everything is very clean.

Our air conditioning didn't work for the first few days and when we asked afterwards, little attention was given by this specific lady at the reception. Then I went to someone else and they immediately acted on it and fixed it.. The hotel must be to your taste, because the rooms are so extremely dark that we didn't feel comfortable.

Beautiful spotlessly clean hotel. Breakfast was excellent and fresh. Lots of little extras to make the hotel a step above.

If you’re planning to spend some time by the pool, there are not many sun beds.
