No wifi on the third floor. Toilets were broken and closed on the third floor, so you had to go to another floor for a restroom visit. The light in the only women's shower flickered so much that it felt like you were in a horror movie. No hot water in the shower or the ability to regulate the temperature. Someone had vomited on the stairs at night. Extremely noisy location. The room had no window to natural light but only a window to the hallway. To top it off, we were given the wrong code for the front door upon arrival, so we couldn't get in by ourselves the first night.

The hostel made a security deposit on my card without informing me beforehand. When I asked about it, they were rude to me. It took them over 10 days to refund the money, and they always gave insufficient explanations on WhatsApp. The treatment from the front desk staff was equally rude; it seems like they want to avoid any interaction with you at all costs, the less talking, the better. The showers are terrible, and our room had a strange smell. I stayed only one night at the place, and I still wouldn't recommend it.
